Creation Food Supports School Coffee Events

The 5th Kunshan Cup National Coffee Competition, organized by the Department of Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management, the Culinary Department Student Association, and the Specialty Coffee Club of Kun Shan University, was held on November 8, 2024. This competition aims to cultivate professional coffee talent in Taiwan, enhancing students’ skills in latte art, hand-brewed coffee, and coffee cupping. It helps students gain practical experience and a solid foundation for their future courses and careers, while promoting coffee culture and encouraging technical exchange.

The competition featured three main categories: Latte Art, Hand Brew, and Coffee Cupping, attracting over 200 participants, including university and high school students, as well as coffee professionals from across the country. Creation Food provided its "Lian Professional Milk" fresh milk as the official competition milk, demonstrating its support for the coffee industry and commitment to nurturing future coffee talent, enabling participants to showcase their skills and achieve excellence.
