Fruit Vinegar
Naturally brewed fruit vinegars with a 3-year shelf life, ready for beverage service, culinary applications, and private label programmes.
This range includes four brewed fruit vinegar varieties: apple cider, cranberry, green plum, and litchi. Each is made by blending brewed vinegar with fruit concentrates to achieve a balanced acidity and a clear fruit aroma. Products are certified under ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and HACCP, with a 3-year ambient shelf life in a 1.5-litre bottle. Applications include fruit vinegar drinks, ice slushes, cocktail mixers, salad dressings, and light culinary use.
The range is well-suited to cafés, restaurants, cocktail bars, hotels, and bubble tea shops. Creation Food supports wholesale supply, bulk distribution, and OEM / ODM or private label production for partners who need a long-shelf-life drinking vinegar with documented food safety traceability.
Fruit Vinegar | Food & Beverage Ingredients from Creation Food
Creation Food supplies Fruit Vinegar from our plants in Taiwan as part of a food and beverage ingredient range built for commercial volume. Buyers sourcing Fruit Vinegar are usually specifying for beverage chains, cafés, bakeries, hotels, airlines, or food manufacturing, and need consistent flavour, workable pack sizes, and a shelf life that survives ocean freight.
Production runs across two plants in Guanyin, Taoyuan and a coffee roasting facility in Shanghai, using aseptic filling, pasteurization, and emulsification and homogenization lines brought in from Europe and Japan. Every plant operates under HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 certified systems, with Halal certification on the syrup and beverage powder ranges, so buyers can document compliance for their own markets.
Alongside branded supply under Lian, Creation Series, and Bogari, we take on OEM, ODM, and private label projects across ambient, chilled, and frozen formats, with liquid and powder processing lines, lead times of four to eight weeks, and MOQs set by product and packaging. Our team reviews formulas against destination regulations before shipment and works with freight forwarders to move orders to the agreed discharge point.
