Innovation & Sustainability

At Creation Food, innovation and responsibility shape how we work. Our Innovation Center supports product development and client collaboration, while our sourcing and manufacturing practices reflect an ongoing commitment to quality, traceability, and sustainability. We also invest in our people and communities as part of how we operate as a long-term partner.

Innovation and People

The People

Creation Food builds innovation around people. Our product application specialists develop and reinvent recipes, bakery products, and beverages while staying current with market trends and the latest expertise. Internationally certified chefs, bakers, and innovators consult on new recipe development. Certified food technicians and product managers receive ongoing training in service knowhow. We also represent leading global brands across dairy, bakery, ingredients, coffee equipment, and wines and spirits, including but not limited to Monin, Valrhona, Oldenburger, and Candia. In parallel, we develop our own private brand, strengthen R&D capabilities, and grow our market presence through effective product differentiation. Our digital platform monitors trending demand and offers a service portal that helps clients find new inspirations and practical answers. We keep a close watch on market developments so ideas move quickly from concept to application. We work side by side with clients to maximize the value of innovation, from sourcing insights to production guidance and presentation support, so products launch with confidence.

The Innovation Center

Established in 2016, the Innovation Center is Creation Food’s facility for product research and application development. It is equipped with professional kitchens, coffee laboratories, and tasting rooms, allowing the team to test formulations and show how ingredients perform in real food and beverage settings. Our mixologists, baristas, culinary specialists, and food technologists hold recognized international certifications. They work with clients to create and test new recipes for coffee, drinks, and food, and provide technical guidance and training to ensure consistent results. The center is also a place for collaboration. Key partners, including leading supermarket chains and food service operators, visit to discuss and co-develop new products with our team. Through demonstrations, workshops, and joint development sessions, we provide practical support that helps clients test ideas, adjust formulations, and prepare products for commercial launch.

ESG and Responsibility

Green Manufacturing and Packaging Initiatives

Sustainability matters more than ever, and it matters to us. We are strengthening our choices from farm to shelf: animal-welfare milk, hydroponic vegetables, Rainforest Alliance coffee, and locally produced carton water. These are not one-off projects but a continuous path we keep improving.

Creation Food advances sustainability through clear actions in farming, sourcing, and packaging. Our Lian Fresh Milk comes from Taiwanese farms that meet animal welfare standards. The milk is 100% local Grade A and kept under cold chain. We use dedicated collection and production lines. Certifications include MOA Fresh Milk, CAS, Animal Welfare, and TQF.

We supply hydroponic vegetables grown in controlled environments. This reduces weather impact and pesticide use and supports steady supply. Growth cycles are short, and the produce is tender and high in moisture for fresh use or juicing.

We source coffee with the Rainforest Alliance seal on selected items. The seal supports collective action for people and nature and helps customers choose products that contribute to a better future.

For carton water, we produce locally to cut transport distance and reduce traditional plastic. The carton board is FSC certified. The cap is not plastic. It is made from sugarcane bagasse and certified by Bonsucro. The packaging footprint is verified by Carbon Trust, with lower emissions than a conventional cap. The package uses a multi-layer barrier and is BPA free to protect quality.

Employee Welfare and Training

Innovation & Sustainability | Food & Beverage Ingredients - Creation Food

Innovation & Sustainability covers part of what buyers need to know before working with Creation Food, a Taiwan food and beverage ingredients manufacturer operating since 1982. This section gives distributors, importers, and private label brands a clearer picture of how we produce, certify, and support the ingredients we supply.

Production runs across two plants in Guanyin, Taoyuan and a coffee roasting facility in Shanghai, using aseptic filling, pasteurization, and emulsification and homogenization lines brought in from Europe and Japan. Every plant operates under HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 certified systems, with Halal certification on the syrup and beverage powder ranges, so buyers can document compliance for their own markets.

Alongside branded supply under Lian, Creation Series, and Bogari, we take on OEM, ODM, and private label projects across ambient, chilled, and frozen formats, with liquid and powder processing lines, lead times of four to eight weeks, and MOQs set by product and packaging. Our team reviews formulas against destination regulations before shipment and works with freight forwarders to move orders to the agreed discharge point.
