Bakery & Pastries
Frozen ready-to-serve breads and patisserie items alongside dry bakery pre-mixes, covering hotel breakfast, café, and airline catering programmes.
Creation Food's bakery range covers two distinct product lines. The frozen line includes steam-baked European-style breads such as baguettes, ciabatta, bagels, focaccia, and croissants, plus premium frozen patisserie items including mille crepe cakes, Mont Blanc varieties, walnut brownies, and lemon rose tarts. Frozen items carry shelf lives of 90 to 120 days at -18°C and are ready to heat and serve. The dry mix line includes waffle mix, Q bread mix, instant custard powder, panna cotta mix, Q jelly powder, and two pancake mix variants, all ambient-stable with shelf lives of 3 to 18 months. All products are produced under HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 certified facilities.
This range is used in hotel breakfast stations, airline catering, café chains, convenience stores, and central kitchens. Wholesale supply and OEM / ODM programmes are available across both frozen and dry mix categories.
Bakery & Pastries | Food & Beverage Ingredients from Creation Food
Creation Food supplies Bakery & Pastries from our plants in Taiwan as part of a food and beverage ingredient range built for commercial volume. Buyers sourcing Bakery & Pastries are usually specifying for beverage chains, cafés, bakeries, hotels, airlines, or food manufacturing, and need consistent flavour, workable pack sizes, and a shelf life that survives ocean freight.
Production runs across two plants in Guanyin, Taoyuan and a coffee roasting facility in Shanghai, using aseptic filling, pasteurization, and emulsification and homogenization lines brought in from Europe and Japan. Every plant operates under HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 certified systems, with Halal certification on the syrup and beverage powder ranges, so buyers can document compliance for their own markets.
Alongside branded supply under Lian, Creation Series, and Bogari, we take on OEM, ODM, and private label projects across ambient, chilled, and frozen formats, with liquid and powder processing lines, lead times of four to eight weeks, and MOQs set by product and packaging. Our team reviews formulas against destination regulations before shipment and works with freight forwarders to move orders to the agreed discharge point.
